Ever since I was a child, crafting has been what made me shine. I love to get hands on and make things that I can be proud of. I enjoy doing anything that involves making like cooking, crocheting, clay making, painting, and ultimately designing. Today as a user experience designer I am motivated to find solutions for users by creating intuitive user interfaces. It allows me to explore in-depth, to know the power of aesthetics, to influence the user experience.
I have completed my B.S. at UC San Diego as a Cognitive Science with Specialization in Design and Human Interaction major and Design minor. It was here that I learned about UX/UI design and it made me switch from my initial major in Human Biology.
I have interned at Smart Twigs Consultancy as a UX Designer where I learned how to apply the skills I learned into a real world scenario. I have grown in these skills at my time studying at UCSD.
